There was no quorum established for August. No minutes for August.
Also noted that there was no quorum for September and limited discussion.

- Glenn sent out System Administration Bylaws and the Faculty Senate Bylaws for possible action (Agenda 6A).
- Glenn gave an update from the BOR
- i) President’s search has begun ii) Funding Formula is being discussed
- Discussion about COLA and budgeting Agenda for the Chancellor search-National search
- Is this an audit year?
- Sexual Misconduct Committee has changed name to Power Based Vilence Task Force
