Call to Order

There was a call to order at 2:04 PM

Roll Call

Quorum was established.

Approval of Minutes – January Minutes were approved.

Guest for January – None

Comments and Chair Reports

1. 1. At the UNLV Faculty Senate there was a discussion on termination disputes and how SA/SCS does not factor in on the equation.
   2. Notify Glenn if there are questions to be brought fourth to discuss for the Governor’s Budget Proposal.

New Business

1. 1. Quarterly Meeting – March 6-7; No agenda
   2. Notify Glenn if anyone is receiving emails from the Nevada Faculty Association (NFA).
   3. Marinn checked to see when we would receive our W-2s and it is set for the last week of January.
   4. There was a question on Senators serving time and when we vote for new Faculty Senate Senators. The list will be sent out to notify everyone on dates.
   5. i) Glenn will ask Bentley to update the voting information on the website.
